- Fill your Manhattan glass with ice to chill
- Pour into a separate mixing glass:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Italian sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes King Floyd’s Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters
- Add ice to the mixing glass
- Stir until chilled
- Dump ice from the Manhattan glass
- Strain cocktail into the Manhattan glass
- Garnish with an orange peel and a Maraschino cherry
