In a Mixing glass add:
- Ice
- 2 oz premium Gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 honey syrup
- pour into a chilled glass
- Float 4-5 dashes of King Floyd's Grapefruit & Rosemary Bitters on top of the cocktail.
- Garnish with lemon twist and candied ginger.

Fill coupe glass with ice
2 ½ oz Gin into mixing glass
¾ oz Barolo Chinato into mixing glass
4-5 dashes King Floyd’s Grapefruit & Rosemary Bitters
Add ice to mixing glass and stir
Remove ice from coupe, strain and pour
Garnish with Brandied Cherry
